Refund policy

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging

  • Tags must remain attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-returnable items:

  • Underwear & swimwear for hygiene reasons

  • Digital items

  • Custom or personalized clothing

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the product price using the original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in case of errors caused by Btrylclothing.
