Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from Switzerland.
Delivery times depend on destination and availability:

• Switzerland: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 4–10 business days

• Worldwide: 7–20 business days

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery addresses.

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused and unwashed

• Item must be in original condition and packaging

• Tags must remain attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-returnable items:

• Underwear & swimwear for hygiene reasons

• Digital items

• Custom or personalized clothing

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the product price using the original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping:
